Meet the Founder
Zeina El Jordi is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Advanced Practice Nurse and the founder of Blossomind Center. With over 20 years of combined clinical, academic, and field experience, she brings a rare and distinguished depth of expertise to every domain she enters.
El Jordi began her clinical career as a Psychiatric Nurse at the American University of Beirut Medical Center, where she practiced for more than seven years. She subsequently transitioned into academia, serving as a Clinical Instructor at the Lebanese American University for over 11 years, during which she designed courses, developed curricula, and supervised clinical rotations.
Beyond her clinical and academic contributions, Ms. El Jordi has assumed key leadership roles across the humanitarian and public health sectors. As Project Coordinator of the Mobile Crisis Team at Embrace, she managed the operational delivery of emergency mental health services to communities in acute need. As a Psychiatric Nurse Consultant with the World Health Organization, she delivered critical mental health training throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Consultant with the German Agency for International Cooperation, she designed and facilitated a Training of Trainers program for nurses on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence, and workplace violence.
Throughout her distinguished career, Ms. El Jordi has remained steadfast in her commitment to integrating evidence-based practices guided by national and international Mental Health and Psychosocial Support and Gender-Based Violence frameworks, cultivating resilient, skilled nursing teams, and continuously advancing the standards of clinical psychiatric practice.
